Terms of Service

This Terms of Service agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between you, as a User (as defined below), and Hadir, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Hadir”). The “Agreement” means the Terms of Service, the pricing and features you select as part of your subscription, and any written order, whether separately or online through www.hadir.io and Hadir app, that you and Hadir that refers to these Terms of Service (each, an “Order”). By clicking the applicable button to indicate User’s acceptance of this Agreement, or by accessing or using the Platform, User agrees, effective as of the date of such action, to be bound by the Agreement.

Use Of Service

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, your Users may access and use the Service during your Subscription Term (defined below) solely to assist with managing your internal employee records related to your employee management, attendance and other employment processes. You acknowledge that Hadir may use third-party service providers for some or all of the operations that make the service available.

Trademarks

Hadir is a trademark of the Company. The Company’s trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not the Company’s, in any manner that is likely to confuse customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits the Company. All trademarks not owned by the Company that appear on this Web Site are the property of their respective owners.

Copyrights

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of the Company or its software suppliers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.

User Management

The User Admin will manage your User access. Your and your Users’ protection of their IDs and passwords is an integral part of maintaining the privacy and integrity of data in the Service. You shall keep confidential and not permit any User to disclose any ID or password to third parties. You shall notify Hadir immediately of any unauthorized use of any ID or password or any other known or suspected breach of security with respect to your use of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that all Users comply with the terms of this Agreement and for all activities of Users and others that occur through your account.

Your Account

If you use this Hadir, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account or password. The Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content in its sole discretion.

You authorize and grant Hadir and the Company the right to process your data for your system usage, including but not limited to reporting and analytics, billing, processing HR procedures, referring new customers and others.

As we limit data access to the internal employees, during support of your usage in Hadir you may need to furnish some information to ease troubleshooting. The requested data should be relevant to troubleshooting and fixing your issue in using Hadir. We take mechanisms to properly handle your data, such as training our support personnel to NEVER ask for sensitive data such as passwords.

Account Termination

  • Account termination is available exclusively at the discretion of the user when they decide to discontinue their association with the Company.
  • Account termination requests must be submitted by the user to the Company’s admin. The admin will initiate the account termination process upon receiving such requests.
  • Once a user initiates an account termination request, the admin will review the request and verify the user’s identity.
  • The admin will communicate with the user to confirm their intent to terminate the account and to clarify any outstanding matters, such as pending transactions or obligations.
  • Upon mutual agreement between the user and the admin, the user’s account will be terminated, and access will be restricted.
  • The Company will retain user data and content in accordance with its Privacy Policy and legal obligations, even after account termination.
  • Users may have the option to reactivate their accounts in the future, subject to the Company’s policies and procedures in place at that time.
  • The Company is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from account termination, including but not limited to loss of data, access to services, or any financial consequences.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify these Termination Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review these terms regularly.

Integrations with Third Party Sites and Services

To use and/or access certain Hadir services, you may direct Hadir to retrieve and manage your own information maintained online by third-party institutions such as payroll companies or health insurance companies — with which you have customer relationships, maintain accounts or engage in financial transactions (“Account Information”). We will then connect directly with your online service providers to access this Account Information. At your direction, we may also open accounts at third-party institutions and make changes on your behalf with third-party sites and services.

When importing your information from third-party institutions, we make no effort to review the Account Information for any purpose, including but not limited to accuracy, legality or non-infringement. We are not responsible for the products and services offered or on third-party sites.

By submitting information, data, passwords, usernames, PINs, other log-in information, materials and other content through the Hadir Service, you are licensing that content to us solely for the purpose of providing the Hadir Service. We may use and store the content, but only to provide the Hadir Service to you. By submitting this content to us, you represent that you are entitled to submit it for use for this purpose, without our obligation to pay any fees or other limitations.

Third-Party Information

Although Hadir monitors the information on the website and application, some of the information is supplied by independent third parties. While Hadir makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information on the website and application, Hadir makes no warranty as to the accuracy of any such information.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limited Liability

The company provides this website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included. You expressly agree that using this site is at your sole risk. Any links to other websites are provided as a courtesy. They are not intended to nor constitute an endorsement by the company of the linked materials.
