Consent on Personal Data & Privacy
This Privacy Notice explains how Hadir handles the personal information you provide to us on websites controlled by Todak Digitech Sdn Bhd.
Contacting Us
If you have general questions about your account or how to contact customer service for assistance, please visit Terms of Service. For questions specifically about this Privacy Statement, or our use of your personal information, cookies or similar technologies, please contact our Data Protection Officer/Privacy Office by email at [email protected].
Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ personal information. When users submit sensitive information via the website and application, they are protected online and offline.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything we can to protect user information offline. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific function—such as customer support—are granted access to personal information.
All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every year, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers’ information is protected. Finally, the servers that we use to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Finally, security access is role-based: employees can only access their own data; managers can access limited data of their employees; HR personnel are the data controller for their company and can access the data they input on behalf of their employees. The database of every company is created separately—no users can access the data of other companies.
